What this role is about
As a Product Designer at Aneira you will own all elements of the design for our member & clinician facing products. This role is critical in shaping the user experience, ensuring that our products are not only functional but also intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our mission. You'll be working with a cross-functional group of individuals passionate and knowledgeable in the space of female healthcare, doing research with prospect customers and clinicians, creating designs and bringing those designs to life, and continuously refining them based on user feedback and analytics.
What you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end design process for our member and clinician facing products, from concept to final implementation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance user needs with business objectives
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and execute the product vision
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on designs
- Ensure consistency in design across all products, maintaining a cohesive visual and interaction language
- Advocate for the user experience and push for innovative design solutions that enhance usability and engagement
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design for digital products
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design
- Experience conducting user research and applying insights to improve product design
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders
- An eye for digital brand and skills in motion design would be beneficial
- Passion for our mission and a desire to create products that make a positive impact on health and care
